Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Nov. 9 and Nov. 12. Aquinas uses an online scheduler to make Parent/Teacher Conference appointments. Each conference will be 15 minutes. Middle School parents are able to schedule two conferences with any of the academic teachers. If you need to meet with a specials teacher (Art, Music, PE, Library, Computer) please email that teacher directly. Below are the instructions for scheduling your conference. - From the “Welcome to the Online Scheduler” Home Page
a. Ensure St. Thomas Aquinas Regional School is in the window and click “GO”
b. Enter the school password: aquinas2018
c. Use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button to locate your student’s information.
d. Enter your student’s first name, last name, and birth date. The system will ask you if that is the student you are looking for. If the correct student appears, enter yes.
e. A list of your student’s teachers will be displayed. Check the box next to the name of each teacher you would like to meet with. Parents of students in grades 6-8 may only schedule TWO CONFERENCES with academic teachers. Each teacher is limited to only 30 conferences. Middle School parents are asked to please be respectful of other parents and only schedule the allotted TWO conferences.
f. If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your student’s teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to the question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students. If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.
g. You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected. Select the dates/times that work best for your schedule. Check to ensure that your email address is correct.
h. Once you have finished, you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule. Please keep your schedule confirmation as you will need it if you need to change the date/time.
