Admission Information
We currently have openings in our PreK through 5th grade and 7th grade classes. The 6th and 8th grade classes are full. We continue to accept applications into the beginning of the next school year.
If you wish to join our waiting pool for 6th and 8th grade, you can still submit your application. We will process your application, and the student will be placed in the waiting pool. No application fee is collected for students who apply when the grade is full until the student is accepted. Notification will be made if space becomes available.
If you have a student with an IEP or 504 plan, please submit the plan to the Admissions Office before completing the application.
Application Steps
Step 1. Complete/download the additional required forms/documentation
Several forms are completed and submitted outside the online application. Blank copies of the forms are also available in the school office. Some required forms are editable PDFs and can be completed electronically, saved, and then emailed to the admissions office at admissions@aquinastars.org. Please complete these forms as soon as possible since we cannot process your application without them. Each student must provide a NEW School Entrance Health Form along with their immunizations. The forms are laid to print two-sided.
Step 2. Online application for 25-26
Complete the online application. Our PK program has two options. Five days a week from 8:00-2:50 p.m. and three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 8:00-2:50 p.m. The PK program is for students who will turn four before September 30, 2025. Kindergarten students must turn five before September 30, 2025. We do not accept students who turn four or five after September 30. New families to the school will need to create an account in the online Enrollment system. You will need an electronic copy of the birth certificate, baptismal certificate (for Catholic students), and the School Entrance Health Form or immunizations to upload to complete the online application. When completing the information on the contact page of the application, mother and/or father should be listed as contact 1 or 2.
Step 3. Pay the application fee
$150.00 (new families) or $75.00 (new siblings of current students) fee.
