All the steps listed below are required when submitting an application. We continue to accept applications as part of a rolling admissions process through September 2023.
Step 1. Online application
The application is completed in two parts. Part 1 – complete the online application. Part 2 – download and complete the supplemental forms listed below. New families to the school will need to create an account. You will need an electronic copy of the birth certificate, baptismal certificate (for Catholic students), and the School Entrance Health Form or immunizations, to upload.
Step 2. Complete/download the additional required forms/documentation
Several forms are completed and submitted outside the online system. Blank copies of the forms are also available in the school office. The required forms are editable PDFs and can be completed electronically, saved, and then emailed back to the admissions office at email@example.com. Blank copies of the forms are also available in the school office for pick up. Please complete these forms as soon as possible since we cannot process your application without them.
Step 3. Pay the application fee
$150.00 (new families) or $75.00 (new siblings of current students) fee.
